Strength training
Support your body and gain the musculature needed to help you LEVEL UP! Strength training is the base of boxing - no need to workout somewhere else. Box for half the class then complete a circuit the second half in our 'Boxing Circuit' or forget the gloves and join a Circuit only class!
Senior fitness
Initially started as a class focused for those living with Parkinson's, our senior fitness class focus on incorporating boxing with strength training, proprioception exercises, and mobility. Offered 3 days a week, this class offers exactly what you need to keep fighting the fight of aging.
kid's camp
Our kid + teen program is designed for kids ages 8-11 and 12-16. Offered 4 times a year, our 6 week kid's boxing camp allows for a fun outlet that helps build confidence and self-esteem with our experienced technique-based trainers! Contact us for more details.
