Boxing

Build your cardio, gain strength, and refine your boxing skills with our 45-minute high intensity boxing class! Complete with a dynamic warm-up and a core finisher.

Kickboxing

Following the same structure as our boxing class - add in kicks, knees, and elbows to complete your kickboxing training!

Circuit Training

Support your body and gain the musculature needed to help you LEVEL UP! Box for half the class then complete a circuit the second half in our 'Boxing Circuit' or forget the gloves and join a Circuit only class! 

Boxing & Mobility

Don't forget one of the most important parts of training - RECOVERY. The classes are built to help focus on flexibility and mobility to keep you training for life!

Senior Fitness

Initially started as a class focused for those living with Parkinson's, our senior fitness class focus on incorporating boxing with strength training, proprioception exercises, and mobility.
